Sealing the gap between awning and building—Why use caulks and foams that can often create an inferior seal? PERM-A-SEAL offers a long lasting, weather tight seal in a very easy to use format. It also retains its flexibility and integrity for as long as the life of most buildings. The self-expanding polyester polyurethane foam is impregnated with acrylic and will not dry out, shrink or deteriorate.
